Seth’s Time Lapse
“The Nightlight’s Day Job” was my first attempt at a time lapse. As I watched all the errors in my settings and shooting I found a little story and decided to tell it. I randomly picked “Garands” by Young The Giant just to see what the footage looked like set to music and the lyrics pushed the story further. I literally had no idea the little nightlight and sky would work so well with the lyrics. This was all edited from one single 30 sec time lapse. The flicker and film grain sort of add to the feel. Next time these will be obstacles I plan on avoiding.

Aw, this was a really nice post. In idea I would like to put in writing like this additionally – taking time and actual effort to make a very good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and by no means seem to get something done.
